I was able to sign up today but a verification code was supposedly sent to my email account; Been waiting for an hour but can't find it anywhere (including my spam folder). Did that happen to you too?

Yeah, I think it finally worked for me after I tried again after 12 hours I think.

I got it in the afternoon when I checked my inbox, but yes there might be a chance it goes to spam/junk, especially if you have a privacy friendly email account.
