For me the background check is marked as completed. LPP is still in-progress and test is 'not started'. Should I expect test invite now that the background check is completed? If so, generally how much time it takes?
Also, my family member's background check still in progress. Is that normal ?

Did you get "incorrect or invalid info... use a [imm 5476] [imm 5475]" error message before?
I got my AOR on September 7th, and still getting that error message” incorrect info, use a imm…”, my husband was able to create his tracker 2 days after getting AOR. Don’t understand why we can’t create it!

I did, tried iphone, laptop, nothing is working…it’s really frustrating, it’s asking for only UCI and APL. No, right? I’m wondering if I’m using the correct site…My husband also got an email from them 2 days after to create his tracker, I never received that one either..:-(

yeah it doesn't work for me. People have been suggesting using phones or resetting the password... but none of those work for me.

Thanks for sharing, I've tried this before and it doesn't work. Might work for someone else though. I'm a bit unlucky in this case...
