But no updates on PR Tracker and CIC account so not sure what’s going on.

A lot have received decision made on ECAS, and copr on tracker but have yet to receive PPR & portal invite . Some waiting 2/3 months in this status.

All 4 stages on PR tracker are marked as complete .

Yes paper based. It does seem like most of the paper applicants in July got AOR within two weeks time and OWP in about three weeks.

Did it ourself, so can't help you with any contact info. There will be others here that could assist you with that.

Hi I received portal email today. I think they started working on July applicants.
