ECAS does not recognize my information. Not sure why.
I have account on the new tracker though.
I did. Day before yesterday. It used to show as “received” . Now it shows “in process”
Checked my application online. Had a ghost update on August 24. Today had an actual update and it said “background check complete”.
Hi! I got an AOR in mid July and no updates there since then. However today I checked a new tracker and it says that everything is in process. Just test and citizenship ceremony marked as not started.
Is it ok to have such lack of correlation between trackers?

yup, paper application, however, for some reason I am still unable to get it working on ECAS
nice. I was asked to send FP and Sin number but nothing changed.
when did you get your AOR?
I got my AOR on July 13. We have a family application; both my husband and I got BG completed today but my son (minor) has no update on his file, so really don’t know what’s going on.
Very interesting, first time I'm seeing this.
May be they were encountering some issue when they tried to check your tax returns. It's still a good think they asked, I'd imagine in the past they would've put the application on the backburner and not look it for months or years.
