that is AOR, you should be able to check your status.

You should have received an email before this from Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca
with subject -
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada: Information about CXXXXXXXXX Correspondence Id: 1-XXXXXXXXXX

The CXXXXXXXXX is you application number. If you never received any such email, better give a call to IRCC and get your application number.

When you receive the AOR email, it will have a PDF file attached. That PDF is the “formal” letter of acknowledgment that your application has been received; on the 2nd page, at the very bottom, will tell you the assigned Processing Centre. Good luck!!

That’s perfectly normal, there are only a few processing centres in all Canada, I think 2 or 3. I am from BC and it is also been processed in NS.
