I do see Decision Made in ECAS, which had not been the case before I checked today. Even last week it said In Progress... so hoping that's a good sign that this will be done soon!
You should give IRCC a call and they will share Oath date with you. Its taking time to see that in the tracker these days.
Should I call the local office? I’d like to call tomorrow. It’s been since 2018 since I have them a ring for my PR application!

Now listen a bit. When prompted,

You will hear - High number of callers or you are in queue. If former, follow above steps. Else, you should be able to speak.

I know it sounds weird but I am in US right now and I was able to reach out to IRCC agents through my canada #.
In fact i got a call back request option since the wait time was over 38 minutes.
I called first thing in the morning and i got a chance to speak with an agent. I guess it depends on when you call and also maybe due to high volume of calls some calls might get dropped.
That's good but based on experience shared call back option is not available, also after long wait the call drops.
If anyone has or had the background check in progress due to delay in Criminality section and Security Passed, and no fingerprint requested, please share your experience.

And finally on Friday I got DM and my oath scheduled for Tuesday, December 6! Still waiting for the official email invite, but very happy to know the process will be over very soon.

I have an update on nov 24,2022 after my test on January, 2022. But it's for an interview yet makes me happy for having some progress on application. Any insights on what to expect in the interview and how fast I can move to oath after the interview.?
My family and I are also scheduled for oath on Dec 06 - Niagara Falls office.

No, I got this request as an email, but nothing was visible on the online tracker.
