Hello all,

Need to confirm my understanding. We just have to reply after the oath ceremony with signed document right. The email address is same as we receive the oath email and subject like has file number and last name. Anything else I missed . Please confirm
The email I’d to send the signed document after oth taking is mention in your invitation letter PDF, all you need to do is click on it and the email I’d auto populates. Hope this helps.

My test email was from Niagara falls and my fingerprint email was from Vancouver. I have everything completed but haven't gotten oath invitation. If I have to email them which office I email to? Thanks!

Hello,

Need some suggestions,
I received my Test invite today and the window is from August 05 - August 25.
Currently im outside of canada and will be going back to canada on August 30, will it be possible for me to take the test outside of canada ?
should i inform IRCC about it ?
Please provide some realtime response.

Thanks in advance

My oath ceremony is scheduled for August 10 and I just got the email instructions on August 3rd, exactly a week prior to the ceremony.
I don't know why they're doing this!

How can I check my email address in portal/IRCC system?

Yes, inform IRCC that you are outside canada. They will allow you to take the test outside canada.

Call IRCC at 1-888-242-2100 and talk to an agent. If you received your AOR, then your email address should be correct in the system.

Oath invite email and the pdf email address are same. As per the instructions sheet I received, Email Subject needs to be the name of the agent who verifies your ID during the ceremony. Agent will ask you to write down the name during the ceremony. Signed document must be named "Last name, Given name"

Hi fiolks, I did the test 25th April , since this date no update ( more than 3 months ) from Scarborough office , is that normal?

It is normal. In my case I passed test on 25 Jan & got update after 5 months. Again it is all case by case or random

Same here! it's so frustrating! I did the test on April 12 and nothing happened after... there's no process, sequence or anything - just RANDOM $HIT!! lol
SCR office as well

I would advise replying to the test email and ask the status of the application. After 3.5 months of waiting, I did the same and the next day, my process was all complete except oath. After 2 days, they scheduled me for oath as well. Not sure if this was a coincidence or the email worked but doesn't hurt to try. I read about similar occurrences in this forum and decided to email them.
