No nothing, I double checked and the only email I got was the test link and that was it.

If I remember it correctly, I think there was an option to either email or print the test completion page at the very end where it shows your score. I emailed mine to myself.
Not sure if I was given that option but I believe it’s nothing significant as they need to approve that score first, I mean I could take a screen shot of that score at the end of the test but it was nothing official.

Citizenship test status updates: February /2022
Citizenship test invitation schedule from February 11 till March 4th
Test taken and passed on February 19th/2022
Citizenship test completed February 21/2022
Prohibition and Physical presence completed March 29/2022
Language skill requested extra info March 29/2022
Language skill extra info received March 31/2022
Language skill completed April 1/2022
Citizenship oath updated April 6/2022
Citizenship Oath schedule for April 13/2022: Updated on April 7/2022
As I never got the invitation, I contacted CIC via webform, IRCC office mail, call center and scheduling mail since April 8th/2022...
CIC ceremony mail informing ceremony was cancelled and will be reschedule (in answer to my emails) received April 12/2022
From April 10 till the 12 their website was not working, after the email I got ceremony was cancelled, website was working again and information was changed.. I can not see anymore the ceremony schedule.
Citizenship status update April 11/2022 and now Application shown as still in process
Agent from Ceremony told me as the ceremony was cancelled by them, the new reschedule should be soon, but could not provide any information...
Any one else got the ceremony cancelled? If so.. how long it took to get the new date?

Hi, for some reason they asked me the Official Education records between 2018-01-01 and 2022-01-01, which I had no study at all. I sent them back my Celpip test done for the PR application and all the information on their website and application guide stating the certificate was a valid documentation to proof my language level. I also indicated I didn't attend to any education institution.

Hi, application was sent as normal..
Now no more updates since they cancelled the oath ceremony... Status showing ceremony in process since April 11th... No idea what they will rebook it .. getting anxious...

My BG was completed on Mar 11 and waiting for test invite till then
apologies for the emoji but my BG was completed on 24-January and nothing since then... I dont know where the wait is... its a long wait and I hope all of us get over this hump soon...

Yep, seems normal. I took the test on Apr 11 - no updates on the tracker since. I did select the 'send email' button at the end of the test to get a copy of the results - but that's unofficial anyway.
