I have a same question. It's been 3 months now since I have got pre arrival letter & Decision Made status but No Response after that.
No Idea Absolutely. IRCC confirmed on Twitter that for all Spousal Outland Applications; they will find alternative option to Conclude the applications & They are ONLY processing Spousal Inland Applications.
That seems very true for all Outland Applications with PA from India. Super frustrating and sad for many many. Me and my wife are separated for 3 years now.
In January 2021, when they announced that they will add extra staff to prioritize Outland Spousal applications & will focus on Family Reunification; we had a high hope. But as usual, they have kept the same old standards.
So what they mention on Twitter that they will only approve inland applications ?
Can you show this twee then? It's clearly not true, outland apps being processed and finalized all the time esp lately.
PPRs and copr/visa issuance were absolutely delayed from about the time the flight ban began. They started opening the VACs in India for passport requests recently.
I agree with that and from 21 hopefully they will start the flights and we’ll het the ppr

1/2 Hi. Currently, we are only confirming Permanent Resident Status for applicants who are presently in Canada and have provided the necessary information. We are currently considering different options to conclude PR applications for those outside the country,
VFS India "WILL" be accepting passports for all Visa category from July 19, 2021. It has not started yet. I really hope this brings some momentum in Decision Making processes of outland Applications.
This is clearly NOT a spousal application but some other type of immigration class - spousal sponsorship does NOT have a principal applicant in Canada AND a spouse abroad. You're posting in the family sponsorship forum, and your claims - as you wrote, "all Spousal Outland Applications; they will find alternative option to Conclude the applications & They are ONLY processing Spousal Inland Applications" are completely wrong.
The comments from IRCC are NOT about spousal outland or inland applications.

Yes, I'm sure all hope that. But again, does NOT support your point that IRCC is not processing "outland spousal applications."

You've been 'stuck' at the pre-arrival stage for ... less than five business days?
Looks like a month and 5 days but still not long compared to many people.
Oops, mea culpa, June and July are indeed still separate months.
