You mean your file was transferred to Beijing VO and after that it was transferred to NDVO?

I saw my status in ECAS as App received on March 2nd.
2 weeks later after no update I called IRCC and heard it was at Beijing VO.
Two days ago when I called again, they told file got moved to NDVo on March 8th itself and that's how the procedure is. it's been more than a month since my Ecas status changed. Myself and my 1.5yr old son waiting with hopes.

May I ask about the medical exam? The eMedical information sheet was given when the medical exam was done this week. The nurse mentioned uploading the sheet online, otherwise the medical exam result will Not be reviewed by IRCC.
I log in IRCC and there is a section of "upload documents". I click into it but the website does not have a field for any file upload. The only message on that page is "There are no required documents for this Online Application. "
Do I miss any steps? Or Were you required to upload the eMedical sheet after the exam?

GCkey will not show decision made at all. Apart from correspondence and official steps like medical, it will show almost no changes until the copr and visas are issued. So ecas and gckey show quite different things.

That’s interesting. I didn’t even know that! I got my pre-arrival from Gc key two weeks ago. Since I got my pre-arrival and ECAS says DM, should I assume that my application has been approved?

Well, call it a next step - unfortunately just have to wait. But definitely things moving in the right direction.

After you take a medical exam, the doctor sends IRCC your result directly so you don't need to do anything.
After the doctor sends IRCC, your status will change on GCKEY and ECAS.
Usually it takes about 14 business days after Medical Exam of course it depends on the hospital.

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do but wait for instruction from IRCC.
They will send you instruction for Medical exam and Biometrics next.
