There's a button at the end of the test where you can request the email.

All you can do now is wait for the test to be completed on your tracker dashboard & no, you don't have to meet citizenship officials.

And sorry i forgot to do that what should i do now to see the tracker button ?

How many people still have their application stuck at bg verification completed? I'm seeing so many people having their tests done. Is this the time where I freak out and ask WTH is going on with my application?
Mine is still stuck at bg completed, everything else is in process, but they still scheduled my test now :S

I wonder if are any KPIs for IRCC.

Key risks to Core Responsibility 3
Demand for citizenship grant applications continues to increase, which has the potential to hinder IRCC’s capacity to deliver timely and dependable client-centred services.
Citizenship plays a key role in Canadian society and IRCC continued its modernization efforts in this regard.

Performance indicator analysis

Indicator 1:
Overall naturalization rates in Canada are among the highest in the world. The last census measuring naturalization rates took place in 2016. The census findings demonstrated a slight growth in overall uptake rates from 85.6% to 85.8% between 2011 and 2016. As this indicator relies on the Census, new data are available on a five-year cycle. The next Census will be conducted in 2021. Between fiscal year 2016–17 and 2019–20, over 568,000 permanent residents applied and met the requirements and were thus granted Canadian citizenship. The ultimate goal of the Citizenship Program is to support eligible permanent residents to become Canadian citizens.

Indicator 2: In 2019–20, a total of 65% of citizenship grant applications were processed within the 12-month service standard. The absolute volumes of citizenship applications continue to increase year after year. The number of citizenship applicants who became Canadian citizens has increased by 118%, from 112,969 in 2017–18 to 247,139 in 2019–20. Growing application volumes have strained the operational processing model causing increased processing times. The citizenship applications process is heavily paper-based and relies on manual data entry. The program is also facing a large increase in demand and the current funding levels are outpaced by application volumes. The program is exploring ways to transform the processing model to increase speed and efficiency and develop digital tools for improved client service.

Indicator 3: In 2019–20, a total 95% of the permanent residents who became Canadian citizens were satisfied with the services they received. The rate of client satisfaction has remained steady over the last three fiscal years. IRCC strives to make the services as efficient as possible to provide full assurance to clients.

Who on earth decreases the number of employees (Human Resource) available when the backlog is growing AND the number of applications are expected to grow?? WTH!

So, looks like the number of FTEs (Full Time Equivalent) employees for 2021-22 are being REDUCED from the number of employees from the previous year for Citizenship and Passport applications. What nonsense? Why would plan to allocate less resources when the backlog is growing and more applications are coming in? It is beyond me!

I think you guys should take a look at the document and see if you can make sense of it. I might have missed some information!

It says citizenship and passport so can't say if the reduction in resource was from passport division or citizenship division.

Logged into my account today and saw that the application was updated yesterday: scheduled to take the test from June 25 to July 15. Haven't received emailed yet.

Thinking too much :p

It’s been the same for me since I gave my test a month back. They would be completed either after your interview or when the decision is made.

I think the supposedly reduction in FTE is as that line caters to both citizenships and passports. With the move to 10 year passports there is less demand for passport renewals and hence as per their logic need for less FTE to cater to that aspect of the program.

That being said completely agree with you, they could have shifted FTE to citizenship processing to attempt to try to manage the backlog.

Updated, please post an update once you receive an email and once after you take the test. Thanks!

Language, Physical Presence will only be set to "Completed" after the test (give it a few weeks/months).
