Hi Guys
My application in eCAS: application received 16th July 2020 and in process on 13th January
Two applicant
Location: Calgary
Physical presence :1411 and 1340
No AOR yet
Please update in spreadsheet.
For some reason my mailing address is the old Ione in their system but home address is the present one strange ! I updated the address from eCAS system and also found you can updated the other applicant's address for the same application. It can take 15days to update.
Just wondering how reliable this process of address update or I should call them?

Updated the tracker.
AFAIK, if you update the address in the ECAS, it should be updated on your file. I'm not sure about updating your spouse's address from your account. Just to be sure, you might want to ask your spouse to login and update the address there too, just in case.
To update your spouse's address, log in to ECAS using their UCI. It will be updated separate from your account.

There is one catch though. I was moving in November and called CIC and updated addresss with agent on my account. When I got AOR it was showing old address
can someone please update my status in the sheet
