There is a difference between PR card validty and your PR status. To maintain your PR status you should fullfil 2 years of residence for the last 5 years. So make sure you are not away more than 3 years.

Yes... i am just outside 3 or 4 months.. Been in Canada From Sep 2011 till 2018 Apr.

PR FROM May 2018 TILL Apr 2023. I just travel a month ago..coming back within 2 or 3 months..since test can be conduct in canada only.

criminality checks and security check are done at Sydney office. I called yesterday and I was told that criminality and security checks are being done on my app at Sydney office. Once they are done, then your app is transferred to local office for eligibility checks and test invite.

My application just went "In process" what does that mean? I don't think any of 2020 applications were invited for taking the test. I guess I should sit back and relax for next few months..

the lady on call told me that when criminality checks are completed, only then file is transferred to local IRCC office and then the status changes to In process

Did you try to check on ecas using your uci?
