Thank goodness I came across this thread...almost ready to send in my citizenship application. Are they accepting a paper-based citizenship application currently? I know for PR, TRV they have specified to apply online only..they conveniently declined to make a comment for citizenship applications though.

Hello,
Some PR applications need to be paper based, if they are PNP. Unless they changed the process. I know express entry is online. Well, envelopes with documents are delivered. So they get them. Do they work on them - that's different question

Make sure you use the address for reqular mail if u use Canada Post xpress. Do not use courier address for canada post

I would not. Canada post delivers to po box. It is slower but safer. I never had issues with canada post other than speed. Btw do not pay for signature, they do not sign during covid19

I just sent my application via CanadaPost express.
The person there told me that if I choose express, I need to send it to the courier address. So I did that.
Do you know if it might be a problem?

I do not see it being a problem. It does not make a lot of sense though. PO box is used by canada post. I sent xpress post to regular mail address. Do not worry though. It will get there. Are u on the spreadsheet?
