So got a response from the Surrey office on my application,

The status of your application on your IRCC account is correct, decision has been made or your application has been approved and your status is now ceremony-ready. The current ceremony timeline is 4 months after the approval date and in your case it was O4 March 2022. You will receive a Notice to Appear for a virtual ceremony event about 4 weeks before the ceremony date.

Looks like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! Update you guys following soon.

I also thought you guys might ask, I emailed
CIC-Surrey@cic.gc.ca sent my UCI number and asked about my profile to make sure I didn’t need to send anymore documents.

So near yet so far, far away...Just received an email to provide another set of fingerprint for a 2nd time.
I submitted my 1st last year of May.
Angry much.

Just got notified that my Ceremony date is April 25th!!

Here's my timeline:
Application sent- July 1st 2020
AOR Sent- January 4th 2021
Background marked Complete- March 2nd 2021
Citizenship test invite- September 16th 2021
Citizenship test taken- October 3rd 2021
Interview with Immigration Officer- February 15th 2022
Asked for more evidence of physical presence sent- February 16th 2022
Prohibition and Language skills marked completed- Feb 15th 2022
Physical Presence marked completed- March 4th 2022


I have a question about some things, So on the Client application status it was marked Decision Made, then the next day my physical presence was marked completed. I do still have on the more indepth application status site the message on top "Send us additional information" but it was on there before and I want to think the guy forgot to take it off once he marked my physical presence completed. Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Does this mean I should be expecting my oath ceremony to change from "Not Started" to "Completed" soon?

Nervous because my PR card expires soon. Thanks for any responses!

Hi everyone, I gave my interview today. ECAS status changed to Decision Made but on tracker everything other than background and test are in process . Citizenship ceremony status not started yet. Anyone can comment on my situation please.

You are now ceremony ready. Wait for the next update which could take anywhere between 2 weeks to 6 months.

Anyone got scheduled for the citizenship ceremony but has yet to receive an official confirmation? My oath ceremony was changed to in progress on April 5th and scheduled for April 13th.

Completed my virtual oath an hour ago, it was conducted by Calgary office. There were about 120 people, and it took 2 hours.

Hello guys,
I did my citiezenship test back in June 2021. The tracker says the background and test section are completed, everything else is in progress. I am in Scarbrough, ON, is this normal? this is taking way longer than I expected.
