Any things i should keep note of it ? Any things in this matter will be great

You can stay outside Canada as long as you can maintain your PR status in good standing. This means that you should continue to fulfill your residency obligation up until the oath ceremony.

Residency obligation = Having physical presence in Canada for at least 2 years in a 5 year period. IRCC has a whole page for 'Understanding Permanent Residence status '.

Here's the requirement about keeping your PR status in good standing :

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/become-canadian-citizen/after-apply-next-steps.html
You can leave Canada after we receive your application as long as you:

  • keep your permanent resident (PR) status
  • can receive any letter mail, parcels and emails we send you after you submit your application
  • can reply to our letters and emails within the specified time, usually within 30 days
  • are available in person in Canada to attend your citizenship test (if you’re between 18 and 54 years of age), interview, and ceremony

If you already have spent 2 full years in Canada in the last 5 years, then it might be okay for you to stay outside without repercussions.

I believe i did the 2 years..thank you bro for the guidance..

Last thing i would like to know, should i inform the ircc that i am outside of canada or its not important. Because i am afraid it might delay if i inform them..

Well, it is mentioned on the website asking you to inform them if you are gone for 2 weeks but not sure how many people actually do that.

Update:

Application received: Jan 8 (this is on Ecas, no AOR yet, and I’m not sure the exact date it changed to “received”, I logged in on Jan 8 and saw it).
In process: Jan 26.

Could someone help me update my info in the spreadsheet? Thank you.
