Type : CEC
Eligibility: Recommended Pass
Medical : Pass
Bio-metric: completed
Criminality : in progress
Security: Not started

Hi, my AOR is July 21st No GU till date.

So if I haven't received any ghost updates so far, it means I am still way far to receive COPR?

I don't know why people who are later than my AOR is have received COPR.....then I am still in progress for all categories.

seems like whenever getting GU, then only some updates are there, otherwise same status.

Got 4 GUs lately on 19 Jan, 7 Feb, 11 Feb, this morning, but still in progress (called last Wednesday). AOR 25 July.

Called Ircc today agent said all stages completed waiting for final decision ,she did not tell if approved or not though said the file looks fantastic wait for at least 2-3 weeks for COPR

I haven't got any GU so far. My AOR is July 10th. However, I called the IRCC agent today to get the detailed status. The agent said that I have passed all my stages last week and only the final decision is pending. Although it was such a relief to hear this, I am still wondering why is there no GU. Is this normal?

Hey, sorry GU stands for Ghost Update - when you application status says 'updated' but when you login, there is no actual change.

congratulations.. were you contacted by phone also, OR you just saw the email in your msg at CIC ?? as im trying to figure out.. if i miss something my file was transferred to Etobicoke on Feb 8. but my CIC is not updated at all . Thank you.

First I got an update on CIC login. Then received documents on email and on the portal. No phone call.

Me! My AOR is 14th July, Medical Passed: Sep 03 and there is no update since then until Feb 12. Approved Feb 18
