Thanks @legalfalconUnless IRCC asks, there is not need for new biometrics. The Officer will make a determination.

Hi @legalfalcon,If you have been asked to get medicals done, you will have to get them done. If you cannot get them done within 30 days, you can seek an extension.
For pregnant women, the x-ray is deferred, all other tests can be done. Consult your panel physician.

Thank youAll documents such as IELTS, ECA etc have to be valid only on the date you submit your application. If they expire, then you do not have to submit new ones. For PCCs and medicals, IRCC can ask for updated ones, but not for IELTS.
My EE CEC application timeline:
2021.06.23: submit express entry profile
2021.06.24: invitation to apply
2021.07.12: acknowledgment of receipt
2021.08.11: passed medical exam
2021.10.27: pr portal confirmation
2021.11.08: eCoPR
My photo is still under review. Good luck guys!
Most PPRs are issued for March/February AORs these days. A couple of weeks ago it was mostly January and February AORs. I think they're slowly working their way to late 2020 AORs.Any FSWO from July get PPR or some sort of update? It seems only people before March and after October are getting updates
I am also CEC Outland and didn't submit rcmp. I just submitted an Indian police check and submitted biometric and my criminality is passed. I think only a few people get this request. This is the standard RCMP PCC. If you are an inland applicant or have visited Canada before then this is normal.
Hi @legalfalcon,Any deferrals will be sent to IRCC by the panel physician, you do not need a letter.
Hi @legalfalcon,
Today, I called the panel physician, to confirm regarding submission of medical for my pregnant wife (X-RAY deferred).
he says that he still hasn't submitted the medical at their end i.e. pending. because he is unable to submit e-medical because of the absence of X-RAY.
The last date of submission of medical is 1st December 2021 with 4 days remaining else application can be cancelled
What can I do in this case?
