I finally reached an agent today. They said that eligibility passed, criminality in progress and security has not started, VO Ottawa. Any idea how long it would take for criminality? My AOR was in July 28th. Thanks guys!

Called yesterday
Eligibility, Criminality, and security was passed on Jan 20th.
AOR July 27th, CEC Inland
VO: Ottawa
Being trying to call them and not been able to get through, my AOR is July 8. My VO is also Ottawa.
I am in Vancouver, Always called at 7:55 AM, at exactly 8:00 AM they gave me the option to transfer my call to an agent.
Call centre opens 8 to 4
Called at 8am and still couldn't reach them. Guess I should have called at 7:55 am.
I am in the same boat almost. AOR July 31
But the weird thing is when I called last week they told me eligibility passed, criminality recommended passed and security not yet started but when I called today they said eligibility is recommended passed and criminality and security is not yet started.
I am just confused by this contradictory updates so finally I submitted a webform to get the update.

Hope it is good news, my AOR is July 8, 2020 and did my biometrics same day as you. That means they may be getting close to first week of July.
