Hello @legalfalcon Good day! I need your help. Do you know why the IRCC isn't replying to my web forms? I also contacted them through social media without success. I am outside Canada so I can't call them.

First IRCC call early Nov: nothing started except Eligibility
Second call early Dec: Eligibility recommended passed, Criminal processing, security not started
Third call early January: Eligibility recommended passed, Criminal processing, security processing
GU on Jan 25th
called in again in response to GU, all passed. the file still in Ottawa

It Seams Montreal is way faster than Ottawa,
I'm FSW inland, AOR 16 July.
Everything was pending based on my last call in early Jan.
I am FSW inland as well, AOR July 30.
In mid November, eligibility was passed. In mid December nothing had changed, BG was in progress, security not started.
Don't know my visa office as I ad requested GCMS notes through getgcms on Dec 16, but a few days ago they sent me 90 days extension of GCMS request.

Yes you can apply for free; here are the rules for requesting for free and you are eligible. Apply under the Privacy Act.
Any Canadian citizen, permanent resident or individual present in Canada has the right to access their personal information held by government institutions that are subject to the Privacy Act.
@caipsnotes @legalfalcon I thought I have to be physically present in Canada at the time of application. Can I re-apply now using Privacy act? Or will have to wait for my earlier request? Will submitting a new request affect my application in any negative way?

You do have to be physically present if you are not a Citizen or PR. A new request will not affect your application in any way. Gcms Notes has nothing to do with the progress or outcome of your application. There are falsehoods created by some that requesting Gcms Notes may result in an immigration officer reviewing your file; not true. Read this http://bit.ly/3pkdRl8 as to what may happen if you request your Gcms Notes again when one is already in progress.
