Hi everyone!

Quick question. Got my GCMS notes today (requested October 2nd). What does "PReVU Verified (application information)" mean?

This appeared on the "Text" field on my latest notes (Note#1).

Thank you in advnace. Cheers!
Hi,

It would be really helpful if you could please share your timelines when your eligibility changed from recommended pass to conclusively passed by the officer in your gcms notes.

Thanks!

Can anyone provide me the CIC number to check the application progress, it is from outside Canada.
legalfalcon Could you please help? I am not able to reach out with number +16139444000

Hello, a friend of mine called Ircc 2 weeks back and was told her eligibility was passed. But she’s had a US visa refusal in the past. Judging from your last post, shouldn’t it mean her eligibility would be Review Required and not passed? Or Does this mean it was overlooked and the agent still gave a pass regardless?

Yes, of you have submitted a are replacement document you are good. Just make sure that the requirements of jib duties, work hours and salary are met.

If you meet all the requirements, no need to be concerned. The officer will review the documents and make a decision based on that. They will also verify the employer, and if your are in Canada, that will not be a problem.

Hi, try to call this number (+1 905-676-3640). It takes a couple of tries to get connected, though the pain is worthwhile. Wait till the automated record to finish and press 2 for immigration and press 8 and wait for another automated record to finish. Finally, press 0 to talk to the agent. The whole process might take about an hour and sometimes you won't get to talk to the agent because of the influx of other callers. Nevertheless, don't lose hope and repeat the same process. Lastly, download the Hangout app since it's free to call hence you won't be losing any money.

Eligibility- not started
Security- not started
Criminality- passed

BIOMETRICS done on October 19.
Called them again and its still same.
Is it normal to have criminality passed with eligibility not started ?

When a call centre agent says passed, it could be just an assessment of passed by an assistant or analyst, or it could be a conclusive passed by an officer.

If an applicant has answered yes to any statutory questions, i.e. a prior visa refusal, then most GCMS notes show RR for stat questions, which is assessed by an officer.

IF everything else is fine and only the RR is for stat questions, a recommendation of passed can be made by an analyst.

Makes sense! Thank you
