Any updates in your account for anyone?

Isn't it too early at this time?

Usually medicals and R10 is done within the first few weeks, and given that the number of applications has decreased, these should be updates for some at least

Based on the tracker, AORs around mid June are receiving medical and biometrics now. I think in at a week, we will see some updates.

How do you know the number of applications is lower? Is it just because fewer people are able to submit complete applications?

The number of ITAs issued.

they issued fewer ITAs this year? I thought they were on track of filling the quota, which should be increasing every year.

It would have, had the COVID not happened. The number of ITAs issued this year us a fraction of what it should have been.

hi everyone ,

hope you guys are doing ok. my AOR is July 25th. I have a question, that I forgot to mention that I had been refused twice for student visa 2012 in my country. so I raised CSE in a week after AOR. however, I heard some people said that web form CSE don't actually update your information even though they said they would transfer to the officer who process your application. Is it true ? Are there any thing I should do to ensure that my CSE update for the application.

Thank you very much.

For FSW candidates, it's true. They didn't suspend the draws at all so the overall number of ITAs issued is actually much higher than what it was in the same month last year.

In the last 4 months not many PPRs aha bene issued and the processing ha slowed down, and all the number o rounds of invitation have reduced. That is how I deduced that the number of applications have reduced. Also, IRCC is currently not working on any paper applications, which includes all citizenship applications, many spousal sponsorship applications, some WPs etc.

this is serious and many are refused/banned because of this even if they are not intentional.
I don’t think most applicants need outside help but you need to talk a lawyer to see whats the best way to handle this.

It's true that the overall number of applications might be lower but in the mean time IRCC's processing capacity is lower.
