I called in for the same issue, the agent said and confirmed that they have received the biometrics the system sometimes takes longer even till the time they issue copr to change fingerprints status.Hey @legalfalcon. I hope you’re fine.
I had my biometrics collected on December 3 and at the same day the information was already on my profile. However, it still states that they need my fingerprints. Is the delay normal or should I raise a webform?

My biometrics number did appear at the bottom of the screen but as far as the status was concerned it stated "we have not received your fingerprints....."
