I had my biometrics collected on December 3 and at the same day the information was already on my profile. However, it still states that they need my fingerprints. Is the delay normal or should I raise a webform?

I called in for the same issue, the agent said and confirmed that they have received the biometrics the system sometimes takes longer even till the time they issue copr to change fingerprints status.

My biometrics number did appear at the bottom of the screen but as far as the status was concerned it stated "we have not received your fingerprints....."

@legalfalcon could you please comment my family can travel along with me , or they need ETA as they too have COPR.

If you and your family have COPRs, then your do not need an ETA.

I don't know anything about VO or any details at all. My AOR is 14th July i'm cec outland. i'm going to wait till the 6 months is up before i send a web form but might order GCMS notes this week. what about you?

I think the final decision has to be made by a case officer but it is likely passed. I have the exact same status as you when I called this morning.

I would suggest to apply GCMS as it would take longer time to come also the sometimes web forms response is pretty standard and and not useful

Most likely it may not have been entered in the system after analysing the biometrics. Just send a webform, but no need to be concerned.

I have raised a web form just to be sure, but in your profile it still states “we have not received your fingerprints....."?

It takes around 7-14 days these days for webforms, please be patient .

@legalfalcon When I first logged in to my account today my profile status said Application updated but nothing had changed when I refreshed my page and went back, status changed back to submitted. Is this a GU? What are the signs of GU?

YEs this is GU. You can search the forum and you will find many accounts on it. It merely indicates a movement, what exactly, you can't tell. It could be as mundane as transferring an application to another office or a major one as passing eligibility.

You can note the date done and if you ever request GCMS notes, you can see in the notes if there is ant corresponding activity on this date.

I received my GCMS notes recently, under Organization and Entities, the name says: Coronavirus 2020 and under description it says Authorized. Can you please confirm or share the interpretation of this? Does it mean my application is under "covid pace"? I don't see covid pace written anywhere in my gcms notes.
