Officer note is not there in Notes, but under Assessments on page 2, it's says Eligibility : PASSED.

Even the call center told me the eligibility is passed.

It doesn't say recommended pass anywhere.

What does it mean then?
If you have a note by an officer, then your eligibility is passed. No need to worry on that account. You can compare your notes with the link I posted before.

Before your officer's note, you will see a note by an assistant or analyst, that is the recommendation.

Hope this helps.

The officer note starts will ******Officer*****

That is the officer's note if you have that, then your eligibility is passed.

Its not blank

It says

Eligibility : Passed
Security : Not Started
Criminality : Passed

and so on.

But, doesn't it say Passed only when officer passes it? If it's case analyst, it should say Recommended Pass, right?
Hi! Whats your AOR date and stream? Thanks

What might also help; have a look at the Notes for what have been the observations so far and it should indicate where things stand

It's taking IRCC longer to process applications, in another months time you can request your Gcms Notes (for free) to check on further updates but the web form will be quicker.

Guys I need some advise, I am outland applicant.
I got biometrics request, but I have given it last year for my visitor visa ,so should I need to give it again.
Also in my profile I can see the biometrics number has shown, but the status for biometrics shows that

Biometrics
  • We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.
What should I do in this case.

You just need to wait. There is no action required from your end.
As the application progresses, IRCC will update your biometric status in application details

From what I've seen, biometrics update signals an imminent CoPR. If your AOR is quite recent I wouldn't expect it so soon.
