There are two acts one is privacy and you no need to pay 5$ and the second one is information act for this option you have to pay 5$

To request your own information you should have selected the Privacy Act to request Gcms Notes for free, you should get in < 30 days

Yes, but first it better to call CIC and ask questions regarding your eligability, criminal and security chek

Just call them up. I called and call center agent told me that my visa office is Sydney. I did not even ask - I called to ask about eligibility but she gave that complementary info.
