Yeah, similar response we also received from our VFS. They suggested us to contact to High Commission as it was sent already.Hey, thanks for the response. We did contact local VFS they said it has already been sent to high commission.
So we sent a email to high commission.
Did VFS say the same thing to you in the beginning before checking internally.

We did contact with the High Commission over email and High Commission responded after 12 days that they have received our Bio metric (But, meanwhile on the third days, we already resolved the issue by going to VFS)... I am not 100% certain, but 95% certain that, its an issue with local VFS
