Did you send them a copy of that lease ? You might have to simply send them a notarized letter explaining the situation. Does she have ID that says she lives there?

No Id is available. let me check the notarized letter option/ Looks like that is the only Option I am left out with. Also about to get tenency confirmation. Thanks for your help. Eswar

No. I pay rent. Nothing on her name On records.

I didn't and it seems that either they wait for the medical to get approved before starting background for some while they don't wait for others...

For those in the greater Vancouver area who haven't got their medical done yet, I highly recommend Dwyer Immigration Medical Services on West Broadway. The whole process was so easy and the staff/doctors are very kind and informative. It cost me $305 all up - $240 for the medical and $65 for the chest x-ray. I drove 70km to go there and I have no regrets.

Apparently you don't get email notification, just says on your account "updated"

I am under visitor status however my husband included my name on one utility bill , I was able to be a joint account holder, and I was able to go on our mortgage! See if you can include her! Hope this helps.
