Ignore them, it just means your file is done and you are waiting for the oath ceremony, they will send you an email at some point with a date but a few of us are still waiting.

I emailed CIC through the webform yesterday for an update as I completed the test in April and I'm also waiting on the oath. Will report back here as and when I get a response.

Answered the test on May 13th.
All checks completed on July 07th.
Awaiting Oath Ceremony email since then.

I emailed CIC via webform last week, received response that file is complete, no additional documents required. Asked to wait for oath invite.

I called CIC last week too, same response.

Means a decision has been made and you're either in the queue for the oath or your application has been refused. Most likely the former, as you'd already know about the latter (they don't flat out refuse applications without requesting further documentation and/or interviews first.)
