Has he travelled a lot outside Canada? there is definitely reasons to believe that IRCC has grounds to scrutinize his physical presence more than a regular applicant.

Yeah so the application is stuck in residency checks. Has your husband travelled extensively during the eligibility period?

STill it should not take 2 years as they are not going go and visit each and every street i visited in the countries i visited.
IRCC has a way of working on files which is the only thing that delays, not the security/anything else, its the IRCC(or the security clearance agency).

The funny part is that the same ircc or this secruity agency had given clearance when they had no idea about this candidate when entered freshly and these very guys handed out PR without any delay and now the traveling during the eligibility becomes an issue is a mystery to me.

This is one of the many illogical ways of doing thing I don't understand at all.

he didnt leave canada since he came and before that he was in ksa for like 6 months didnt travel alot in those 6 months

Yes its complete nonsense! But there is NOTHING we can do about it, just sit and wait like a good kid for candy

My signature is updated, no space of links, unfortunately.

So, there isn't a standard timeline. Once you get a DM, to avoid disappointment, expect it'll take at least a couple of months to receive oath notification on the dashboard.

For all the applicants (especially Vancouver ones) who recently took the oath online, how long did it take from start (log in) to finish (log off)? Trying to plan my work schedule around this.
