Another update on my timeline, just got my citizenship certificate. It was super fast for me, less than a week. Very surprised, in a good way, by that! I’m hoping to get my passport application in the mail by Monday.

I'd definitely bug them. No promises you'll get anything meaningful back though. A call followed by GCMS maybe?

I reached out it seems everything is good just waiting for the oath but they are operating at reduced staff so not sure when it will be picked up. But the agent assured noting pending on my file since Mar 2020 and everything is completed.

15 March 2020 submitted additional docs
(COVID radio silence)
Oct 3 2020 officer calls saying I’m approved and should expect oath invite until end of month
And here we are, still waiting... ECAS shows Decision Made

I’ve tried asking what’s going on through WebForm but got a generic reply. Any thoughts?
