Hi Anustays,

Here is the contact #: 1888-242-2100, option 1, 1, 4, and 1. Within a minute an agent will talk to you.

Goodluck !
Thanks for the help, just called them and got to know I could call only after a month after sending the fp to know if they have got it. Will call them again mid dec, by when they already will be on holidays

Any idea after passing the test do you get decision made?

Based on the tracker and timeline - knowledgeable members of this group can shed some light, Brampton resident and have " in process" status since October 30th, what would be the ~ timeline we will be looking at to get the test date ?

My ecas status says that IRCC sent a correspondence to me on 29 Nov. I have not received any email as of now. Do they send these communications by snail mails? (My AOR was delivered by email.)

Or delays by a few days should be expected?

Hi! This sounds like a fingerprint request. Check your spam folder in case it's gone there.
They've been known to send FP requests via snail mail too, so that could take up to two weeks to arrive.

Hello,

My husband Received an email on Friday for the FP and his ecas status also was updated. But I have not Received any email for FP and my ecas status has not changes.

Is that normal? That only one family member provides FP? Or I should wait a few more days?

Appreciate your support

not all applicants are required to provide their fingerprints. If you did not receive a request, then you don't need to provide them.

i called cic yesterday and guy on the phone said they received my finger prints and now i just have to wait for exam date.

Hi,

I received my test invite yesterday (December 3) to take the test on December 14th.
This seems really short notice, and I only received my 'In Process' notification on November 19th, so fingers crossed they are fast-tracking my application for some reason! :D

here's my update:

  1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on July 10, 2019.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on September 17, 2019.
  3. We started processing your application on October 29, 2019.
  4. We sent you a notice on December 2, 2019 to appear and write the citizenship test on December 23, 2019
I live in downtown Toronto and the test will be in Scarborough
