Most probably you'd receive it tomorrow. I had the same thing. Ecas Update on Friday then FP on Monday afternoonWhen brother? Any idea?
Same question. Received email Nov. 20 for fingerprints. and I think not everyone getting ask for it !Just got an email to provide fingerprints. Anyone has an idea why they require this ?
After how many days have you called CIC? I did my fingerprints on Nov 22nd, request received nov. 20th and still no update on file..i called cic yesterday and guy on the phone said they received my finger prints and now i just have to wait for exam date.
Not everyone gets asked for FP. I once asked about this to a friend who works with immigration stuff and what she told is that there may be several reasons for them to ask, but most commonly it's because the fingerprint they have on file is of low quality: when we landed in Canada, we had our fingerprints taken and sometimes they were bad quality and the agent didn't notice or care so they ask you to provide them again.Same question. What was your initial payment? Was there any update following the charge?Same thing happened to me, after my application went to in process status. CPC Ottawa reflected in my card statement.
