A little while after getting the AOR, if you check your child's UCI number you will find that they have access to eCAS

Thank you. got it now. just realised had filled incorrect UCI # for them in the application form. Hoping everything goes fine.

Hi,
If you mean when ECAS account is accessible, usually it is available 24 hours after you receive you AOR. You don't need to link anything because it shows your application and all progress.
You can access ECAS system from here:
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas&lang=en

Lets see how much fast they are going to work this week! Only 5 last days (25th to 31st) of July are waiting to get AOR but I think they can't finish them this week.

In ECAS it shows everything.

You cannot link a citizenship app on gckey. Ecas is all we have.

It should show up in ECAS 24-48 hours after receiving AOR.

For Identification Type choose "Client ID Number / Unique Client Identifier"

Enter the UCI number found on the AOR document you got in your AOR email.

Then enter your family name, date of birth and country of origin as it appears on your application

If all that has been entered correctly then I would maybe call CIC to check.
