It seems Government of Canada hired those operators to help customers not to spread false information!
It would be nice if you could suggest that operator to open our Spreadsheet along with their official portal and when he/she wants to answer a question regarding AOR, first check spreadsheet and then provide better answer to customers!:D

I actually told him that I am calling because I know some people online who already got their AOR and their application was delivered on July 25th. And he said he is not sure about that information, but what he knows is that at the moment they are opening July 15th and I have to wait. That’s it. :(

You will get AOR in a day or two. Dont worry.

When you call Ircc ask them to check if there is any notes in your file. If there is nothing then it's in normal queue. Then just wait.

Also if they had to return, they return it very quickly. So point is if you (all of us) have crossed that that time, AOR should be on the way.

Thank you so much. You made my mood better. :) I hope soon we will get good news!

ah yes, that's very true. Mine was returned the first time and I received it about a week before the people who sent it at the same time got their AOR.

Oh no. Did you already get you AOR after sending it back send time?

And can you please tell me when they return application, do they send any email or they just mail all your documents back to you?
And when you apply second time you have to wait all this time again like the first time or the wait time is shorter since they already checked your documents once before?

Don't forget that we only see a fraction of the applications in the spreadsheet. If you search for their reports, they treat around 30,000 applications every year.
Hi Robteix I just got my AOR for my citizenship application. Can you please update the tracker, please? Also the sent date of application was July 22, 2019.

Does anyone know when does the ECAS gets updated? Looked at the ECAS and the application does not show up there yet.

Good news!

App Delivered: July 24
AOR Received: October 11

Question: Is this standard content in AORs (see below), and there is no action required of me yet at this time aside from preparing for citizenship exam? TIA.

All citizenship applicants between 18 and 54 years of age on the date they sign their application must meet language and knowledge requirements to become a Canadian citizen. If this includes you, you will need to:

• Demonstrate competence in basic communication in English or French.
• Pass a written or if necessary, an oral test on your knowledge of Canada and the rights and responsibilities of citizenship

I received my AOR email last night and this morning I have access to the site. It says Application Received, then below it says Application In Process. Both of these things are in RED, so as I understand it, my application is now being prossed?
Am I correct or wrong in my thinking about it?
