I called IRCC twice, but they can only confirmed that my web form message is forwarded, nothing else. And there’s no way to call CPC-Ottawa
guys, my AOR is July 19th and MEP is Aug 15th. I called IRCC yesterday and i was told that the application has been approved but i will NOT receive PPR as i will have to appear directly for landing at Etobicoke location.
Did anyone else face this? how long etobicoke take to send the landing appointent?
P.S: i am CEC inland applicant

By the time you land elsewhere, the following day, can you not ship your passport from where you are to Ottawa and then they ship it back to where you are outland?
Can you call them again and ask and get confirmation if they can re issue your PPR?

Hi Guys, just a question w.r.t. the passing of a family member and me having to inform IRCC before I land in Canada. My AoR is 17 July and I got PPR on the 10th of December. My father passed away on the 1st of July and I can't remember there being an option to indicate it as such when I filed my application later in the month. Should I send a query via webform? Will it cause any issues?

After submitting your passport to VFS, how long did it take to receive COPR along with the Stamped passport?
I had sent mine in Dec 11, it reached on Dec 12 and processing since Dec 13.
I have not received any update since.
I have a Business flight first week of JAN and need to understand how soon do they return the passport, and anything can be done to speeden the process.

Hi Guys, I have received my AOR on 3rd July 2019 and my Medical get passed on 7th August 2019. My current status showing backgroud check in processing. I am almost completing my six month. I am very worried now. Can anyone share me the contact number for CIC?
did customer care person told you that you r application was approved? did they say anything such email sent to your ID? even for landing at etobicoke you have to have email says that come and attend interview.
i am also facing similar issue, customer care person told my application status shows approved and email sent on Dec 4. but i dint receive any email, i submit the webform and they told they forwarded it to IRCC, i have wait till they respond in 30 days.
Submitted on 11 th no update as of yet. I believe it should come by Monday.
Got my PPR today! Yey!!!

Biometrics for me done yesterday, Dec 18 at Edmonton (submitted way past deadline since BIL was received Aug 6 with 30 day deadline)
Initially, dependents were tagged as non accompanying but I made a request last September or October to change their status to accompanying.

Now, my problem is where to send our passports. I'm in Canada and my two dependents are in the Philippines. Per letter received, we have two options:
1. If you are residing outside Canada - thru a Visa Application Center (VAC)
2. If you are residing in Canada - thru the case processing center in Ottawa ( CPC-O) but only if you and all the accompanying dependents on your application are currently in Canada and plan to be in Canada for at least three months (emphasis on the 'you and all').
Does that mean that I cannot send my passport at CPC Ottawa since my dependents are not in Canada?
