Hi could anyone help me please? I' from the Philippines and medical passed last november 14 but our file was transferred to cpc mississauga visa office last november 5,2018. What does that mean? Are they still going to send our application here in Manila Visa office? Background check still hasn't started. Thanks in advance

I think Mississauga is much much better than Manilla office.

They may just be doing some load balancing.

still waiting for the VO mexico, I am in the mark of the 7 months in the waiting I requested a visitor's visa without much expectation in the beginning of December and to my surprise I was approved today for my surprise so I am waiting in Canada with my husband and I will still be here until My ppr is definitely good luck to everyone.
