I have contacted them twice.. and have been told the standard - we have a big backlog from July, blah blah blah... i was told to call back if I hadnt heard anything by the first week of December..
no file # or anything either.. and i have tried linking the application without the file # - but that doesnt seem to be working either
I also think that timelines are country specific.. my husband is in Cuba, and it generally seems to take longer for Caribbean / South American applicants.. all I can do is WAAAAAAAIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTT lol
It could be a reason. GCKey is really sensitive to typos by the way. Refer to IMM0008 for the questions and answers except the number of applicants which should be the sum of sponsor+PA+dependants

When you paid online there is a Receipt Number (IMM 5401) starting with RXXXXXXXX 8 DIGIT I used that from option and was logged in to Ecas. Even if it was not imm 5401 , I used a number from receipt. There was no AOR1 yet!

I ALSO GOT RPRF REQUEST LETTER? I ALREADY SUBMITTED THROUGH ONLINE. BUT I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY CONFRIMATION FROM THEM. SO CAN YOU PLZ EXPLAIN ME HOW DID YOU SUBMITTED RPRF TO THEM?
AND HOW DID U RECIVE CONFIRMATION FROM THEM?
