Sighs..... here in the USA I don’t even see a number to call them. Only email smh. Also do you know if for people from US they request passport from us?

You are not the 1st one. There was such a case in the past who waited long after Pre-Arr . Finally he got PPR. They may still be doing something.. However nothing to worry as Pre-Arr is only issued/generated automatically while file could have been delayed. Pre Arr meant NO interview but few things could still being done. So don't worry

You can say that again , they are joke and most ridiculous comedian in the universe, I still don’t know why they came up with 12 months processing time when they can’t even keep to the standard, yet they keep asking more people to come over when they have thousands of Aplication over the process time ...

80% of all cases are completed within 12 months.

There are some who are done within 5-6, and others who take 10-12. Mainly it depends on the visa office handling the application.

The New Delhi visa office is known here to be rather slow.

London UK visa office is also so slow, my application has been sent to visa office in London since October last year and PPR has not issued yet.

Awww... that is sad news for me too. pre-arrival in August 2019 and still waiting. Were you asked any additional docs?

Actually I think this is no longer a waiting game , this is mind game and unprofessional with bad ways of treatment , many that submitted applications after ours have been approved when we keep hanging there , going to 15 month now just get pre arrival last month everything went silent also since then , from my own view I grade them to be zero level .

July 19, 2018 applicant. After bouncing us between 2 visa offices and no updates since November, we finally got pre-arrivals on September 5th and additional document request on September 9th (updated police check and Schedule A).

Any ideas how much longer are we looking at? Cant wait for this nightmare to be over.

Oh, I was requested the same in August 14 and also to do biometrics... pre arrival on August 12... so far silence... London visa office?

Same london visa office got biometric done on 5th july

Transfer in July 4 2019,
Biometrics in August 16 2019
And then just additional docs request...
I guess they do background check now...

Sent to london visa office 4 jan 2019
Biometric 19/6/2019
Pre arrival 20/6/2019
Biometric done 5/7/2019
Since then no responce
Also the ECAS is not updated the last update is medical results recieved
