Thanks for the advice. It's funny, I did the exact opposite. I thought PSPRT would come in time, so I booked her flight for Dec11th. I sent multiple requests through multiple ways to NDVO delhi for getting it done ASAP, and to my astonishment I got replies back from them and they issued the visa in time. Now, she has her passport in her hand, and she is flying on the decided date.Ravi Ji I read many got files PPT back ina week , others got PPT in 2 weeks , rare cases I read it took a month. Don't book a ticket unless you have PPT in hand or book with ALL REASONs cancellation insurance. I did that once here in Canada , Manulife did it. At 11th hour I told them I cant travel as my dog is sick they refunded me full money , no more Qs were asked..Trust me !!
