We just now received Pre-Arrival and Decision Made on ECAS!

They want us to mail in the passport, however we live SUPER close to the Canadian border, about 10 minutes away. Are we able to just drive up to the border and they can stamp our passport? Or do we have to mail our passport in and wait and everything?

Got to feel for myself. I just saw an update in GC key and was excited to open assuming its a Passport Request. But it was the File transfer update in a GC Key document stating my file has been transferred to the PA local VO New Delhi

Your file has been transferred to New Delhi Visa office. Please contact that Visa office if you wish to update personal details like address contact etc

today we have contact IRCC by web form and they have reply as the below . Is anyone received this mail like this ?
