Thank you for replying. What comes in mail then? The reason I am worried is because I don't have my mailbox keys and am wondering if I should get a lockmaster to come change the lock to access mail, or if I can just keep getting updates in email, then I might not have to get lockmaster.

Secondly once we get AOR, that also contains online ECAS information?

I think the only time they'll send you mail is when:
1. They find your application incomplete then IRCC will send back your application.
2. Test Invite/ Oath invite (my friend received hers at the same time), though it was emailed to her as well.

Yes, ECAS will have your information once you get your AOR.

Hi All - I checked today and the status has been changed to "In Process" in ECAS Yay!!

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on July 3, 2018.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on August 22, 2018.
3. We started processing your application on September 5, 2018.

Unfortunately even the AOR are sometimes randomly arriving, I would say you wait for another week and then try to call them if AOR is not received
