Revised CIT 0002e form has been uploaded to IRCC exactly on 3rd July, 2018.. So you definitely won't be affected...

i sent and signed my application on 3rd july but fees was paid on 2nd july evening.

should i wait for their response or send another application. if i have to send new application do i need to pay again for it.

Hello, can you provide the exact link to the updated form? I went to this page: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio.../application-canadian-citizenship-adults.html but the form there is still the october 2017 one (although it did state "june 2018" beside it.)

Because June-2018 CIT 0002 form has been reverted to October-2017 on IRCC website.. I managed to find June-2018 CIT 0002 in my laptop.. I downloaded it on 4th July, 2018.. But now online that form has been reverted to October-2017.. I have filled out June 2018 version.. So I am gonna call IRCC tomorrow and confirm about that..

You don't need to send new application if you are worried about newer version of CIT 0002 form.. Because for some reasons they have reverted it to 10-2017...

They would consider any version as long as it's 10-2017 or later.. just confirmed with IRCC...

That's good to know! Thanks for the info.
I took a look at the updated form and I must say it looks way better than the previous one. At least it explains when you need to fill out the residence outside of Canada form. They also added a line about marital status (which I think it's irrelevant for a citizenship application).

Would you please put a link of the new form. Whenever I try to download it i only get the old one that dated October 2017
