Would you please put a link of the new form. Whenever I try to download it i only get the old one that dated October 2017

Apparently, they reverted back to the old form (October 2017) even though the website says June 2018. I can email you the June 2018 form (just pm me your email address) as I have saved it on my computer, just in case they ask me for the updated form.

Hello All, I plan on submitting my application next week. I have a quick question- Do I need to attach copies of my tax filings for the last 4 years with my application. Or is it enough that I have check marked the box in the application and the CIC will confer with the CRA?
I can't seem to access the CRA website and I don't want to needlessly wait for the new password if it is unnecessary to attach the tax filings (which I assume mean the NOA?)

Hey,

You don't need to have your tax filings in your application. Just authorize them by checking the box and they will have access to your files if need be. I did the same thing.

Well it's complicated. My career depends on participating in conferences and academic events in the US. Due to the US travel ban I would not be able to do so with my current passport. That's why I requested urgent processing. Not sure if it will be considered urgent though.

I am in the same boat, but my company refused to provide me with a proof (I guess they are afraid that it may be used against them if I am laid off),did you send any supporting document? It looks they have accepted your request from the timeline that I see

I attached my correspondence with the US embassy because it is 15 months since I applied for a visa and I have not received a final say yet. Also some letters from academic events I was accepted to.

I don't think anyone is doing that right now. I've also sent a PM to Chi2Van asking for permission to access the spreadsheet so I can update.
