Hi All,
i am currently filling forms and came across below questions which i am not clear to fill.
i really appreciate if some one could help me.

Questions from CIT0002E:

For Official Use Only: UCI Number: do i need to leave it as blank?

3C. what date did you become a permanant resident of canada(landed immigrant)? is this the date i finished my landing?

9B. Before i become PR, i was on WOrk permit. In the form i need to enter expiry date of worker status and i guess it would be the day i landed right?

9C. during my eligibility period i have travelled to USA and india for just couple of days. i guess i dont need to fill CIT0177e form.

10A. where have you lived during your eligibility period? please list all addresses inside and outside canada. Your addresses must cover the entire eligibility period. if there are gaps or missing periods your application will be returned.
11. Tell US what you have been doing during your eligibility period inside and outside canada.
for above 2 questions do i need to enter Vacation details as I went to india and USA for couple of days.

12B. do i need to attach NOA and T4 for all years?

Thanks.

It won't get affected as the revised form was uploaded to IRCC on 3rd July, 2018...

Hi everyone,

I will be filing next week for citizenship.

I just have a question. In the cit-0002e-2, question 12b, do I need to fill up all 5 years? We landed 2015 and have filed for 2015, 2016, 2017, which is the required 3 years of tax filed. Do I still need to indicated 2014, 2013 and clicked no to both required to file and tax filed?

Also, since we landed 2015, and the eligibility period is 2013-2018, I clicked yes to question 9c, but the Residence Outside of Canada form (cit-0177) is not applicable, do I disregard this?

For Minors: I would be using their BC Health Insurance Card as one of the ID (no photo), can the 2nd ID be their Passport?

Thank you in advance for whoever can help answer my questions :)

Yes you need to mention all five years regardless of your residency.. And if you weren't resident of Canada, just tick No in both columns..
And regarding question 9 c) just tick yes and on Residence Outside of Canada form (cit-0177), just put not applicable..

What's the version of CIT 0002 form you are filling out????

I'm using the June 2018 updated CIT-0002-e form.

Also, would you know, for Minors: I would be using their BC Health Insurance Card as one of the ID (no photo), can the 2nd ID be their Passport?

Two (2) pieces of the child’s personal identification

Both pieces of identification should show your child’s name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.

Examples include:
  • school record
  • health insurance card
If there is information on both sides of your child’s personal identification documents, provide a photocopy of both sides.

For a child under school age, identification such as:
  • a passport page containing his or her photo and personal details, or
  • a hospital or immunization record, may be provided
indicated on https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...izenship-minors-under-18-years.html#CIT0003E4

Would you mind sending me blank CIT 0002e dated June-2018 on my email address gopipaladiya2@gmail.com as the form I have just downloaded is dated 10-2017??? That would be great help..

I rechecked my form, it does say 10-2017, not june 2018.

It's alright then. Because I checked it online two days back and it was 06-2018.. And now it says 10-2017.. I would have to make sure it with IRCC before submitting..

really? that's odd. But I think we will be ok as it does state on the site that update was June 2018. I think the latest form that is there is correct (10-2017)
