No one ever asked to translate, it is not mentioned anywhere. I've been to 30 countries with 20 different languages with this passport and no one ever asked for translation.

No problem. They go by Canada Border Security Agency (CBSA) info on your travels, they have dates when you left and entered Canada.

A FP request can occur at any point in the process. So yes, and it has nothing to do with your AOR.
