Long time coming. Congratulations!!! Where in Canada will you be moving?
 
Also what’s the process after ppr? She’s not sure where to submit her photocopy and photos .
Sorry I'm only seeing this now. Took about a week from the point my documents arrived at the visa office. I honestly dont know how to advise you in your werent provided instructions on where to send your documents.

Doesn’t matter now. She’s stuck until this Covid shit ends. Perfect fucking timing.
 
Bad luck. No COPR yet. She's stuck in Ireland until god know's when.
Its similar with me. I had an interview, most likely in person landing interview. But its cancelled now until further interview.

However, in your case i think she can land now if she has COPR or PR approved. Here is a direct excerpt from IRCC website " If we approved your permanent residence application before March 18, 2020, but you haven’t landed yet, you’re also exempt from the travel restrictions and allowed to come to Canada. You must isolate for 14 days when you arrive even if you have no symptoms." Below is the link.
