I think it may not be possible since you will have to be there in person and second your PR card will serve as an identity document.

I received the PPR email today!
1 year and 5 days since AOR. The last few months have been extremely stressful and I am very grateful to the members of this forum who kept me going.
AOR - 20 July 2018
Medicals passed
Eligibility not passed ( status didn’t change till the very end)
Applied GCMS once in March and in May 2019. Received GCMS (March) in June.
Procedural delay. They had last looked at the file in August 2018.
No movement since. No change in application status.
Paid RPRF in June 2019. ( just so that that doesn’t cause any more delay)
Medical expired- 26 May 2019
Remedial request- 19 July 2019
Medicals done on 19 July 2019
Submitted on - 21 July 2019
PPR e-mail- 25 July 2019
I am sure everyone is going to get it very soon. Only a matter of time I guess. My best wishes to everyone and hoping to catch up with you’ll in Canada

Just one doubt, how much time does it take for the NDVO to stamp and return the passport?
