Well, both the notes suggested criminality in progress (I'd ordered the 2nd one in mid-Dec, first one in Nov). I was informed by the agent today that I've been cleared. But, I'm taking it with a grain of salt knowing that sometimes agents don't have all the info. I'll definitely order another set around the 3rd week of Feb.

Why do you think you'll under RR for funds?
Thanks for the quick revert @TanuP !
Actually I am a bit paranoid with their answers in CSEs and over call.
I have like 85% paid home loan , taken 3 years ago . @Gruff mentioned the other day that he was requested an ADR due to personal loan as they deducted personal loan amount from his net liquid assets. This is giving me a possibility of a RR

Over the call on 18th Dec , the agent said eligibility is Rec Pass , Criminality Pass , Security not started.
Called on 15th Jan , agent said eligibility is under review , background check in progess , she was not willing to tell anything.
Raised a CSE on 15th Jan ,was told application still in process.
Raised a CSE on 30th Jan , was told everything in order with application :D You see a complete retraction from the previous stance and hence no clear insight into what is going on :|
What do you think about it ?

Cheers!

@gauravmlal Tanu's criminality wasn't passed Because his eligibilty was RR. Eligibility has to at least be Met/Rec. Passed for an analyst to pass the criminality.

Thanks for the insight @tobs . Appreciate that. So as per my understanding from all the detailed discussion you guys usually do , when we have the so called 'IP2' update , that is the point when they validate the PCC and pass the criminality. Is that correct ?
In my case, I got a little confused with the different flavours of the responses I got through a couple of calls and same number of CSEs.
Cheers!

Hi everyone.

Got my PPR a couple of days ago. We only have to submit our current passport, right? Not all the passports included the old ones we had to scan when creating the EE profile.

Good luck to everyone that's still waiting!

You are partially right. PCCs are checked at R10 check itself and the analyst makes a recommendation for Criminality. However so called IP2 appears when someone passes criminality in system.

Thanks @cansha for the clarification.
I am aware of the R10 completeness check for all submitted documents including PCC but I was not aware of the recommendation on criminality, right at R10.

Cheers!

Hey Buddy!,
I read your post about a request from them on POF after 7 months,it is indeed unfortunate. Looking at your other posts it seems you will get the situation sorted hassle free.Glad to know that.
If you don't mind me asking ,what does your background check say on your application portal ? Had they already started the background check ? I have some sort of a similar situation but with a home loan and even my CSEs say everything is in order :D
By the way, I have not yet received any communication in this context but thought of asking you.

Cheer!

They had told me criminality was passed but security hadn’t started. Other than that every CSE said “everything is in order”

My portal hasn’t changed since Oct 30th when it changed to “your background check is in progress”

Tbh I trust anything that comes out of the call centre/CSE as far as I can throw it, they don’t have a clue.

Are you saying criminality only passes when eligibility is passed?

In my case this isn’t true as I’ve been IP2 since Oct 30th and told criminality is passed via CSE but obviously had issues with my eligibility as per my POF situation this week.

What about your gcms notes?

Congratulations!
What was the status of eligibility, criminality and security when you received your GCMS notes?

Eligibility: Recommend Passed
Criminality: In Progress
Security: Not Started

GCMS report date: November 15, 2018.

What about your gcms notes?
Apparently never ordered one after the 18th Dec call with agent when he said eligibility is Recommended Pass. Unfortunately all the answers after that call ,one to a phone call and two to CSEs have been perplexing and now it is that I am bit skeptical with what the agent had told on 18th Dec. Also we have many cases of contradictory information provided over the call by agents when compared to notes.
Planning to order notes now.

Cheers!
