Just spoke with agent...he said Eligibilty passed... Ur medical expired in Nov so it is depend upon officer whether he ask new or no. Keep checking ur account. At the end he said when I asked about BG he said not start Eligibilty passed but not fully passed as some of step are going on... His word was... All GOOD SO FAR and wait for few days more to update.. Good luck... Now need ur review about it... Thanks

It's probably your security checks that hasn't started.
Next time you call, explicitly ask about Eligibility, Criminality and Security.

I tried to do it slow as well.. didn't work..

Anyway, I used now 1-2-0 and in worked.
Agent was very nice, I had ghost updates on December 14th and December 17th, so I was wondering..
Agent said that at this point I have nothing to worry and I'm close..
Eligibility passed, criminality passed, didn't mention anything about BGC.
Probably that's why I had 2 ghost updates.

I saw the ghost update yesterday and I haven't received a PPR yet, maybe I will get it later this week.

Tobs, I've been brainstorming this situation a little:

If we had received our PPR this morning, we wouldn't know we've been sent to Sydney.
So, even though we see delayed ppr's for approved ones there, we cannot be sure that there aren't "fast" ones.
(yes, looking for some positivity here)

I got to know from agent:

• Security Clearance is the only thing pending.
• Additional document submitted was received by them
• They do not need anything from me.
• Case Processing Center is Centralized Intake Office

She did not said anything about Eligibility/Criminality or even file status. But as per Notes, they were Recommended Passed.

Any take why it is as Centralized Intake Office ?
